Hello Gator Families!

We are so excited to get our 2023 season started, as of today we only have 55 days left! I wanted to get some information and some reminders out to everyone about what we have coming up. 

This Sunday, April 2nd, is the first day of our Spring Stroke Clinic at 3:30 at The Ridge. This is also the first opportunity to complete your child's swim assessment if they are 8 or younger. If they are not attending the clinic, we ask that you bring them either this first day, or the last day, May 14th, to be assessed. If you cannot make either of these days, please reach out to Coach Meagan at [email protected] to coordinate a time to do this. If your child is attending the clinic, they will be assessed informally throughout the course of the clinic. Please remember, All 8 and under swimmers must be assessed before the start of the season. 

The same evening, after the Stroke Clinic, we have our In-Person Registration night at the Governor's Ranch Clubhouse beginning at 6:00pm and ending at 8:00pm. You can come by any time during that window. Please make sure you bring a physical check so we can collect your $200 volunteer deposit. We will hold these checks, and destroy them at the end of the season, once you have fulfilled your volunteer shifts. If you do not fulfil your volunteer shifts, we will cash this check. Remember, we do not want to cash these, we really need your time! 

We will also collect two signed forms, which I have attached. We must receive both signed forms, and your check, before we will let your child in the pool. You can print these out and bring them with you if you want to get in and out quickly. In addition to collecting these forms and your check, we will have our Out of Breath Sports rep available to answer questions and to try on gear before you order. If you are unable to attend the In-Person Registration, you can access the link for gear below, or on our website. The online store will be open until April 25th in order to receive your gear by the start of the season. It will reopen after April 25th as a late order.
