2025 Team Parent Volunteer Participation
OUR MEETS ONLY HAPPEN BECAUSE OF YOU!
Without the help of our dedicated parents, swim meets simply would not be possible. Therefore, each family is asked to volunteer for 4-5 shifts/season (actual number will be determined after number of team families known). A volunteer deposit check of $400 will be collected from each family prior to the swimmer being able to start practice. If all the family's shifts are fulfilled, the check will be shredded. If they are not fulfilled, your check will be cashed.
Overall...We need your time, not your money.
You are responsible for checking in with the volunteer coordinator on the day of the meet to receive credit for your volunteer effort. Should you be unable to fulfill a duty on a particular day, it is YOUR responsibility to find a replacement volunteer.
ALL VOLUNTEER SHIFT OPPORTUNITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE STARTING May 5th at 8am. PLEASE READ THE VOLUNTEER ROLE DESCRIPTIONS BEFORE SIGNING UP.
