VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
GUIDELINES FOR VOLUNTEER SHIFTS
- Sign up for 4 shifts total. Please try and sign up for 1 of your shifts during the League Championship meet since this is our largest meet with many more volunteer requirements.
- Sign up for only 1 set up or take down shift per family per meet (i.e. Mom and Dad cannot BOTH volunteer during one set up/take down and count it as 2 shifts).
- If your swimmer(s) qualify to go to the Ken Caryl Invitational and/or State Meet, you will be asked to do an extra shift for those meets.
- All volunteer shift sign-ups are first come/first serve.
- If your family has not signed up for all your shifts by May 30th, the volunteer coordinator will ASSIGN SHIFTS TO YOU based on the remaining open volunteer slots. It will then be your responsibility to manage any needed changes based on your schedule/availability.
VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP INSTRUCTIONS
1. Login through the tab in upper right corner, if you have not already done so.
2. Select the "Schedule/Signup" tab.
3. Scroll down to the meet that you want to volunteer for, and select "Job Signup"
4. Under your name select "Signup for Jobs"
5. Select the job(s) you wish to volunteer for.
6. Click SAVE at the bottom of the screen
7. If you need to change or delete a shift, uncheck the shift you wish to remove.
You will receive an email confirmation now and reminder notice as the meet date gets closer. On the day of the meet, please check in with the volunteer coordinator.
