Hello Gator Families!

We are in full swing planning for our 2025 season. I am using the list from our last season members, I apologize if your child is not swimming this year. Once we finish registration, you will not receive any more emails. 

We wanted to let you know that the important dates for our season are posted on the website, in case you use them to start making summer plans. I also wanted to highlight a few things here though:

• This Sunday, February 9th, at 9am, the registration for the swim clinic will open. The clinic will begin March 30th and run until May 11th (excluding Easter, April 20th) from 4:30-5:30 at the Ridge. It will be $85 for all 6 sessions. This does fill up quickly, so please remember to sign up quickly!
• Sunday, March 2nd, at 9am, registration for our regular season will open.
• Sunday, April 6th, from 6-8, we will have our in person registration at the Clubhouse. We will collect the parent volunteer check and all signed paperwork. We will also have suits available to try on before ordering.
• May 19th is our first day of evening practices for Silver and Seniors only.
• May 26th is our first day of morning practices for all groups.
• May 30th, during practice, we will be doing our season kick-off. Instead of an evening picnic like we have done in previous years, we moved it to the first Donut Day. We will have fun games and team bonding activities with all age groups.
• May 31st will be our first meet. The calendar is a little weird this year, so I just wanted to make sure everyone knows that!

One major change this year is that we will be adjusting the practice times for our Green and Purple groups. We know that often, our younger kids need to get to camps or other activities after practice, so we are moving that group (primarily 8 and under) to 8-8:45 and our Purple group (mostly 9/10) to 8:45-9:45. We are also hoping this will help our junior coaches be able to stay and help with our younger swimmers. 

Also, we always need judges! We will send out more information about that as we get closer, but we are going to offer $25 per shift again this year, and these also count as your volunteer shifts! If you are interested, please let me know and I will make sure to get you information on training.
