Good Evening Gator Families! 

Unfortunately, with the cold weather tomorrow, we have decided to cancel practice. It's supposed to be 47 degrees at 7am and we don't want our swimmers to have a miserable start to the season. We will plan on regular practice on Wednesday! 

This will be a fast week, and our first meet is on Saturday against Bear Creek! Please sign up using the Swimtopia App or through the website. Please mark "not attending" if you won't be there. You can find this under the Upcoming Events, when you click on "Meet Sign Up". This must be done by Wednesdays at 9am every week. Please sign up for whatever events your child feels comfortable swimming. They can swim up to 3 individual events each meet. The coaches may put them on a relay team in addition to their individual events, so please make sure to mark if you are arriving late or leaving early. 

Practice groups and times are posted on our website under the "Practices" tab. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Coach Meagan. Please remember that your child cannot get in the water if we do not have your volunteer forms and your $400 volunteer check. You can bring that to the pool on the first day of practice. 

The first day of practice will take a little bit of extra time for us to get all of our swimmers organized in their lanes so please be patient. Moving forward your child will be in the same lane every day, unless their coach talks to them about moving.

Friday will be a fun season kick off practice. Our White group will swim at their normal time, but are invited to stay for the fun after. Green and purple groups will both be from 8-9:30 where we will have donuts and games and get to know each other as teammates.
