2026 Gator Information

Hello Gator Families!

We are in full swing planning for our 2026 season. I am using the email list from our last season members, I apologize if your child is not swimming this year. Once we finish registration, you will not receive any more emails.

Registration is currently open! You can register on our Gators Swimtopia Website.

We wanted to let you know that important dates for our season are posted on the website, in case you use them to make summer plans. I also wanted to highlight a few things here:

  • Sunday, April 12th, from 6-8, we will have our in person registration. We will collect the parent volunteer check and all signed paperwork.
  • May 3rd Volunteer Shifts open at 8:00am
  • May 18th is our first day of evening practices.
  • May 29th is our first day of morning practices for all groups, and during practice, we will be doing our season kick-off Donut Day. We will have fun games and team bonding activities with all age groups.
  • May 30th will be our first meet. The calendar is a little weird this year, so I just wanted to make sure everyone knows that!

We will continue to offer $25 per shift again this year for judges, and these also count as your volunteer shifts! If you are interested, please let me know and I will make sure to get you information on training. If you have judged before, you will just sign up for your volunteer shifts like normal.

We also wanted to let you know that the Gators Board has decided that as a team  we will not attend the Ken Caryl Invitational (KCI) meet this season. This decision came after much discussion about rising costs and decreased attendance of the meet. Our goal is always to provide the best opportunities for our athletes and to help keep summer swimming affordable and accessible to as many families as possible. By not attending the KCI we are able to keep our registration fee the same as last season. This will also allow families a chance to have a weekend off for travel and family events during the last weekend in June. In lieu of the KCI we are bringing back the Gator tradition of a relay meet, which will be held during practice. For many years the Gator Relays were a fun and much anticipated event.

We have also switched our gear company this year, and are using Swim Outlet. You can order gear HERE if you want to get started! We will have a two week window at the beginning of May to order customized caps. We will get more information out as that gets closer.

If you have any questions feel free to reach out, we'll be back in the pool before you know it!
